Budget and Finance Committee
Purpose: The Budget & Finance Committee is advisory in nature and serves at the
pleasure of the Board of Directors. The Budget and Finance Committee advises the Board on financial matters that affect Cedar Run.
Committee Meeting – one per quarter or when appropriate for their assignment.
